Free-range goose is selected for its flavorful flesh and nourishing properties. For a true Dongbei style dining experience, our chefs use a deep iron pot to braise the goose with potato until tender. The mild spiciness complements the sweet, umami flavor of the goose, making this sizzling pot particularly irresistible.
Braised Meat Platter
A typical homey, comforting dish in northern China that features an assortment of ingredients. Pork knuckle, beef shank, chicken thigh, pork ear and bean curd sheets are simmered in a homemade fragrant sauce infused with a variety of seasonings and spices.
