Package Specific Terms and Conditions

• A minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights is required in order to enjoy the offer. 
• No cancellation, amendment and refund will be entertained. In the event of no show, no refund will be provided. Pre-payment must be made via a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. Non-guaranteed reservation will be released.

General Terms & Conditions

• Operation hours of Grand Resort Deck are subject to weather conditions.
• PRICE & AVAILABILITY - All hotel rates are in MOP/HKD, and are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
• Charges for optional services (including but not limited to gratuities, food and beverage, parking, movie and other optional incidentals) are not included.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Galaxy Hotel™ has the right at any time to discontinue or change this offer. In case of dispute, the decision of the hotel shall be final.
• The third occupying guest (13 years old or above) or requesting an extra bed is subject to a surcharge of MOP/HKD388 per person per night and 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
• CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE - Booking must be guaranteed by credit card and will be charged upon check-in.
• RESTRICTIONS - Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
• Room charges cannot be applied to other stays, services or merchandise.
• A registered guest must be 18 years of age or above to check in to Galaxy Hotel.
• The maximum number of registered persons in any room at Galaxy Hotel is 3 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 or below.
• CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-in time is from 15:00. Check-out time by 11:00.
• EXTENDING YOUR STAY - Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this rate shall not apply.
• CANCELLATION POLICY - Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of one night's room rate.
