The Noodle Kitchen

Headed by founding chef Ian Chan, The Noodle Kitchen offers the authentic flavor of North and South China in a new location.

Culinary experts from across the country – including Shanxi, the hometown of noodles – stand ready to impress your taste buds. The open kitchen, with its vibrant atmosphere, invites you to become part of the action as our noodle chefs pull and cut the humble dough into a dazzling array of noodles. All of the ingredients are carefully chosen, even the flour is flown into Macau from Inner Mongolia. Menu highlights include the newly introduced healthy noodles made from superfoods – quinoa, seaweed and Chinese yam. Served in a clear broth of prawns, chicken or fish, these noodles are as nutritious as they are satisfying.

Vibrant tones of red, green and gold fill the elegant space where traditional motifs – Chinese paintings, furniture and bone china tableware – are juxtaposed against contemporary designs. With dedicated, fast-paced service and a comprehensive menu with healthy options, The Noodle Kitchen is the place to explore the broad and varied culinary heritage of China.
