With Two Michelin Stars and Two Black Pearl Diamonds under his belt, Executive Chef Riccardo has assembled a new team of culinary talent. The team will continue to adhere to Umberto’s philosophy of providing the most authentic Italian cuisine, and present a diverse menu of the finest ingredients to spotlight the rich and colorful Mediterranean and Sicilian culinary cultures.
